You spoke, we listened, and now we're changing how the Nature Conservancy of Canada store is run!

Due to demand we will now be stocking a limited number of Core Items which will be available for fulfillment immediately (up to a certain quantity). 

This means for Core Items you order we will draw first from what is on hand and available, but with time allowing and with the number requested more than we have on hand, a little more planning may be required due to lead-times on production. 

We'll still be custom making the merchandise for Made-To-Order product  as they are placed and will ship direct from our makers to you, cutting out those extra costs of  warehousing here at Fairware for those pieces while getting the best of both worlds and also being able to immediately order from the limited stock we have on hand for your Core Item selection. 

Key Definitions

Core Items are products we stock at Fairware in limited quantities and will produce on demand should you need more than what is available. 

Made To Order products are a collection of pre-approved NCC items. These products use existing, approved designs, but are not held in inventory. They are printed when the order is placed. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for delivery from the time you place the order. 

Custom Order products are a collection of unique ideas custom created for specific NCC events and promotions. These products are printed when the order is placed. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for delivery from the time you place the order. Please call us or give us some details about your event or campaign.

Limited Time Offer (LTO) Limited time offers will be quarterly. Check back every 3 months for new product available. These are special limited releases of NCC merchandise that is not always available on the NCC Merchandise Store. NCC will offer LTOs four times per year and staff will be notified via email when these become available.
